Any visitors to the office must observe social distancing, must wear a face mask or suitable covering and may be asked to wait outside.
We will be following this protocol until further notice and it may be amended if the advice from the UK government changes, in the interest of protecting all our tenants and staff.
Our day to day operations continue as normally as possible with the use of remote viewings and video tours, in addition to physical viewings with Covid-19 precautions in place including our staff wearing PPE and any viewers wearing face coverings. All tenancy paperwork and payments can be carried out electronically.
All our maintenance staff will wear appropriate PPE when in any property and all tenants will be asked to confirm that they have no symptoms, have received a positive test or are self-isolating for any other reason before we attend.
In the developments that we manage we have increased cleaning in communal areas including corridors, stairwells, lifts and car parks to help reduce any potential risk.
