A £250 security deposit is due from all tenants on signing for the property. This is protected in a government deposit protection scheme and is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy providing there are no arrears or damages.
There are no application or administration fees with MAF Properties.
Your rent will then be paid to us in three instalments throughout your tenancy

For all properties, you have the choice of setting up a direct debit when you sign your tenancy agreement or you can supply three post-dated rental cheques for your instalments.
