Please email your maintenance request in writing to email@example.com and we will add this onto our maintenance system. We can also provide advise over the phone or via video calling such as Whatsapp.
If your request is urgent such as no hot water or heating, or there is a major leak at the property, please call us immediately on 0114 272 6006 or if out of hours please call our emergency number located on the front page of your house manual.
Please note that once you have reported a maintenance request to us and we respond that this has been logged, this acts as your notice that maintenance will be coming to the property.
During the current Coronavirus pandemic, we will also ask you to confirm in writing that you are not self-isolating or have any symptoms.
